温针联合电针治疗中风后下肢静脉血栓疗效观察

摘要
目的探究中风患者发生下肢静脉血栓后使用温针加电针联合疗法的疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月于该院收治的发生下肢静脉血栓的62例脑中风患者作为研究对象,根据治疗手段不同将其分为联合组与传统组。联合组使用温针结合电针疗法,传统组则使用普通药物治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的疗效。结果联合组患者总治疗有效率(96.77%)显著高于传统组(83.87%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者施针治疗之后下肢静脉血液流速显著高于传统组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用联合针灸疗法用于治疗中风后患者发生下肢静脉血栓的疗效显著,值得在临床上大规模推广应用。
Objective To explore the curative effect of combined therapy of warm needle and electric needle in stroke patients with lower limb venous thrombosis. Methods 62 stroke patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and divided into the combined group and the traditional group according to different treatment methods.The combined group was treated with warm acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture, while the traditional group was treated with ordinary medicine.Results The total effective rate(96.77%) in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(83.87%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The venous blood flow rate of lower limbs in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group after acupuncture treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of combined acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis after stroke has a significant effect,which is worthy of large-scale promotion and application in clinical practice.
