摘要
通过对凌海地区杨树烂皮病发生情况的调查,结果表明,烂皮病一般发生在3月下旬,当温度达4~5℃时,菌丝开始活动,病害开始发生;不同杨树品种对烂皮病的感病性具有显著差异,108杨和辽育3号发病程度最重,发病率分别为25.4%和20.3%,感病指数分别为13.6和11.5;造林密度越大,烂皮病发生越重,发病程度与造林密度呈正相关;108杨生长到5~6年生时发病最重,发病率分别为24.9%和25.2%;在不同立地条件下,公路旁杨树烂皮病发病率最高。
        Through the investigation of Cytospora canker in Linghai area,the results showed that Cytospora canker generally was in late march in the spring,when the temperature was 4-5 ℃,the hyphae began to move,the disease began to happen.The susceptibility of different poplar varieties to Cytospora canker was significantly different,108 poplar and Liaoyu No.3 had the most serious incidence,with the morbidity of 25.4% and 20.3% respectively,and the susceptibility index of 13.6 and 11.5 respectively.The higher the density of forest,the more serious Cytospora canker,the incidence was positively correlated with afforestation density.The incidence of poplar was the highest when the trees were 5 to 6 years old,which was 24.9% and 25.2% respectively. Under different site conditions,the incidence of Cytospora canker was the highest along the highway.
