抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)在生殖内分泌方面的临床应用

摘要
目的研究探讨抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)在生殖内分泌方面的临床应用价值。方法随机性抽取本院2013年8月~2016年8月期间来院就诊多囊卵巢综合征病患73例作为观察对象,设立为观察组;另抽取本院同期收治行健康体检经期正常女性43名,作为健康参考组;均观察对比生殖内分泌指标(卵泡刺激素、睾酮、雌二醇、抗缪勒氏管激素、黄体生成素),并结合ROC曲线分析技术评估抗缪勒氏管激素检测特异性与敏感度。结果观察组患者各项生殖内分泌指标检测均与健康参考组女性具有明显差异性(P<0.05)。将各项生殖内分泌指标纳入ROC曲线分析发现,抗缪勒氏管激素检测敏感度可达到84%,而特异性指标可超过93%,属生殖内分泌各项指标检测中最具可信度。结论生殖内分泌检测诊断中可将抗缪勒氏管激素指标作为参考指导标志物之一,其检测敏感度较高,具备优质特异性,有效提高诊断结果可信度。
Objective To study the anti Mullerian hormone(AMH)in the tube and the clinical value of reproductive endocrine.Methods 73 cases for treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in hospital during August 2013 to 2016 August were selected as the observation object and divided as the establishment of the observation group.Another 43 women with regular menstrual periods from the same period in hospital admitted for health examination and divided as the reference group.Reproductive endocrine index contrast(follicle stimulating hormone,testosterone,estradiol,anti Mullerian duct hormone and luteinizing hormone)were observed,and combined with the ROC curve analysis technique to evaluate the anti Mullerian hormone tube detection specificity and sensitivity.Results All the reproductive endocrine indexes in the observation group were significantly different from those in the healthy reference group(P< 0.05).The reproductive endocrine indicators included in the ROC curve analysis showed that the detection of anti Mullerian duct hormone sensitivity can reach 84%,and specific indicators can be more than 93%,detection is the most reproductive endocrine indexes of credibility.Conclusion Anti Mullerian hormone index in the tube reproductive endocrine diagnosis can be used as a reference marker.Its sensitivity is high,and effectively improve the reliability of diagnosis results.
