摘要
中交汇通横琴广场圆管柱最大截面准2 800×70 mm,伸臂桁架部位圆管柱内插100 mm厚板,属于国内超高层领域较为少见的超厚大直径圆管柱。文中详细介绍了超厚大直径圆管柱加工工艺及圆管柱大拘束度厚板节点加工工艺,分别从原材选材下料,卷管组立拼装,厚板焊接工艺,防止层状撕裂,控制焊接变形,成品检测验收以及虚拟逆向成模等方面进行分析研究,制定出一整套适用于超厚大直径圆管柱及大拘束度厚板节点的切实可行的加工制作工艺,满足加工制作要求,为项目成功实施提供了充分保障。
        The maximum cross-section of CCCC Hengqin Huitong Financial World is φ2 800 × 70 mm, and the cylinder in the extension truss is inserted with 100 mm thick plate, which belongs to the super-thick and large diameter cylinder rarely seen in the domestic super-high-rise area. We introduced the processing technology of super-thick and large diameter cylinder and thick plate joints with large restraint of cylinder, analyzed and studied the raw material selection and blanking, winding pipe assembly, welding technology of thick plate, preventing layer tearing, controlling welding deformation, inspection and acceptance of finished products and virtual reverse forming, and developed a set of feasible processing and manufacturing techniques suitable for super-thick and large diameter cylinder and thick plate joints with large restraint. It meets the requirements of processing and manufacturing, and provides sufficient guarantee for the successful implementation of the project.
