摘要

通过S7-400PLC编写的模拟编码器,为连铸机自动定尺切割系统添加了自动报警,不仅提高了自动定尺系统的稳定性,而且提高了连铸坯的定尺合格率,使连铸生产得以顺利进行,极大地减轻工人的劳动强度。
        The automatic alarm function is added in the automatic cut-to-length system of caster in the S7-400 PLC analog encoder.It not only increases stability of the automatic cut-to-length system,but also improves qualification rate of continuous cast products,making the continuous cast production run smoothly and making the labor intensity of workers greatly reduce.
