摘要
船载通信航行数据记录仪具有非常重要的作用,它通过采集船舶GPS定位系统、计程仪、VHF(低、高频)通信设备和雷达系统的输出信号,以一种安全、可靠的方式保存下来,一旦船舶发生事故,可以通过数据记录仪获取事故发生前船舶的航行状态以及当时的气象环境条件。本文的主要研究内容是船载航行数据记录仪的数据优化等内容,将以太网技术应用于航行记录仪的数据传输和处理过程,并设计了基于以太网技术的航行记录仪雷达信号数据处理系统。
Ship-borne communication navigation data recorder plays a very important role. It collects the output signals of ship GPS positioning system, log, VHF(low and high frequency) communication equipment and radar system, and saves them in a safe and reliable way.
