摘要
【目的/意义】在国家推进健康医疗信息化建设和大力发展人工智能的背景下,借助于信息技术和人工智能等技术为患者提供个性化、智能化的慢性病健康教育知识服务,让患者便捷有效地获取慢性病健康知识,从而帮助和指导慢性病患者进行自我管理。【方法/过程】文章分析了慢性病健康教育知识服务系统的需求,梳理了国内外将信息技术和人工智能等技术应用于健康教育的研究现状,阐述了将本体技术应用于医疗健康领域的知识表示和知识组织中的优越性。【结果/结论】将人工智能、自然语言处理等技术应用于慢性病健康教育知识服务系统中,构建了包含知识采集模块、知识组织模块和知识服务模块的慢性病健康教育知识服务系统模型,最后手工构建了一个慢性病健康教育本体知识库,并在此基础上进行了推理实验。
        【Purpose/significance】Under the background of promoting the construction of health medical information and vigorously developing artificial intelligence in our country, we provide personalized and intelligent chronic health education knowledge services to patients through information technology and artificial intelligence technologies, so that patients can get access to chronic disease health knowledge easily and effectively, helping and guiding patients with chronic diseases in self-management.【Method/process】This paper analyzes the demand of chronic health education knowledge service system,combs the domestic and international research status of using information technology and artificial intelligence technology in health education, expounds the superiority of the application of ontology technology in knowledge representation and knowledge organization in medical health field.【Result/conclusion】The technology of artificial intelligence and natural language processing is applied to chronic health education knowledge service system, and a model of chronic health education knowledge service is constructed, which includes knowledge acquisition module, knowledge organization module and knowledge service module. Finally, an ontology knowledge base of chronic diseases health education is constructed by hand, and on this basis, inference experiments are carried out.
