摘要
目的探讨生肌象皮膏治疗皮肤疮面的最佳使用方法及可能机制。方法 60只新西兰大白兔建立疮面模型后随机分为16.67 g纱布组、25.00 g纱布组、33.33 g纱布组、16.67 g棉片组、25.00 g棉片组、33.33 g棉片组,每组10只。各组分别采用含生肌象皮膏16.67 g、25.00 g、33.33 g纱布或棉片换药,每两天换药1次,共6天。检测各组疮面分泌物重量及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)水平,观察疮面愈合时间。结果 33.33 g纱布组6天内伤口分泌物总重量最大,16.67 g纱布组分泌物重量最小(P<0.05);25.00 g棉片组第6天时单位面积分泌物重量最大且疮面愈合时间最短,16.67 g纱布组最小且愈合时间最长(P<0.05)。治疗第4天时25.00 g棉片组VEGF、EGF水平最高,与其余各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 25 g/100 cm2棉片具有更好的疮面愈合效果,其机制可能与增加分泌物中VEGF和EGF水平从而促进肉芽组织形成有关。
        Objective To explor the most effective application method of Shengji Xiangpi Plaster(生肌象皮膏)in treating cutaneous wound and its possible mechanism.Methods A total of 60 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into a 16.67 g gauze group,a 25.00 g gauze group,a 33.33 ggauze group,a 16.67 g cotton pad group,a 25.00 g cotton pad group,a 33.33 g cotton pad group,with 10 rats in each group.Each group was treated with 16.67 g,25.00 g,33.33 g gauze or cotton pad containing Shengji Xiangpi Plaster,and the dressing was changed once every 2 days for totally 6 days.The weight of the sore surface secretion and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) were measured,and the healing time of the sore surface was observed.Results The total weight of wound secretion was the most heavy in the 33.33 g gauze group,and the weight of the secretion in the 16.67 g gauze group was the lightest(P<0.05).The weight of the secretion per unit area was the largest on the 6 th day of the 25.00 g cotton pad group and the wound healing time was the shortest,which was the lightest in the 16.67 g gauze group and the healing time was the longest(P<0.05).The level of VEGF and EGF in the 25.00 g cotton pad group was the highest on the 4 th day of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant in the comparison of each group(P<0.05).Conclusion 25 g/100 cm2 cotton pad has better healing effects,and its mechanism may be related to increasing the levels of VEGF and EGF in the secretion to promote the formation of granulation tissue.
