责任制护理对宫颈癌患者护理质量的效果评价

摘要
目的探究责任制护理对宫颈癌患者的护理效果,提高护理质量。方法将我院在2013年12月~2015年3月收治的116例宫颈癌患者随机分为对照组和护理组,每组58例。对照组给予常规护理,护理组在给予常规护理的基础上,实施责任制护理,比较两组患者的切口感染、腹胀、泌尿系统感染以及下肢深静脉血栓发生情况及满意度。结果护理组所有患者在切口感染、腹胀、泌尿系统感染以及下肢深静脉血栓发生情况和护理满意度方面优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对宫颈癌患者实施责任制护理,治疗效果较好,满意度较高。
Objective To explore the primary nursing care for patients with cervical cancer effect and improve quality of care. Methods Selected 116 cases of cervical cancer from December 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control and the treatment group, each group had 58 cases. the control group were treated with routine care, care group received routine care of patients, based on the implementation of primary nursing, compared two groups wound infection, abdominal distension, urinary tract infections and deep venous thrombosis cases and patient satisfaction happen. Results All patients in care group wound infection, abdominal distension, urinary tract infections and cases of deep vein thrombosis and care satisfaction occurs were better than the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Responsibility of care for patients with cervical cancer, treatment is better and higher satisfaction.
