摘要
智能矿井综合自动化是利用信息网络、自动控制、通信、计算机、视频等先进技术和产品建立的以煤矿安全生产调度指挥系统为核心,集成生产运输系统、安全保障系统和安全生产支持系统的监控及安全生产信息管理系统为一体的完整的"管控一体化"综合应用系统。针对当前河南能源矿井综合自动化水平低、标准不统一、子系统建设形成信息孤岛各系统间不能互联互通、缺少大数据深层次发掘的统一的智能管控平台等问题,提出矿井综合自动化建设原则及基本要求和建设总体目标,论述智能矿井综合自动化建设中总体架构、传输网络、平台软硬件、数据中心、综合自动化子系统、专业化运维6个方面建设的具体要求,为智能矿井综合自动化规范建设提供参考依据。
        Intelligent mine automation is a kind of advanced technology and product based on the information network,automatic control,communication,computer,video and so on.It is the core of safe production dispatching and command system in coal mine,integrated production transportation system,safety guarantee system and safety production support system,and integrated management and control system are a complete and integrated application system of safety production information management system.In view of the low level of automation and the non-unified standard in Henan Energy Mine,the subsystem construction can not connect with each system of information island,lack of unified intelligent management and control platform for deep mining of large data,to put forward the principles,basic requirements and overall target of mine comprehensive automation construction,this paper discusses the general framework,transmission network,platform software and hardware,data center,integrated automation subsystem and specialized operation and maintenance,which provide a good reference for the construction of integrated automation standard of intelligent mine.
