远程医疗在少数民族地区应用成效分析

摘要
目的:以甘孜藏族自治州人民医院远程医疗系统的实际应用为例,探讨远程医疗系统在少数民族地区发挥的高效作用。方法:分别从远程视频会诊、远程教育培训、区域影像系统、区域心电网络系统以及特殊案例等几个方面,回顾性分析2013—2017年甘孜藏族自治州人民医院远程医疗统计数据。结果:2013—2017年甘孜藏族自治州人民医院远程会诊量达4 521例,2015—2017年远程教育培训人次19 603人次,呈现稳步上升态势。结论:甘孜藏族自治州人民医院远程医疗服务作为传统医疗模式的延伸为少数民族地区患者提供了方便、高效的就医服务,并提升了基层医疗机构服务水平,推动民族地区医疗发展。
Objective: To explore the effective role of telemedicine system based on the practical application of Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital remote network diagnosis in ethnic minority areas. Methods: According to the statistics of telemedicine in 2013-2017, they were introduced in detail from remote video consultation, distance education training, regional image system, regional ECG network system and so on. Results: In 2013-2017 Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital teleconsultation add up to 4521 cases, Trained 19,603 people through the distance education system In 2015-2017, showing a steady increase. Conclusion: Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital telemedicine as an extension of the traditional medical model provides a convenient and highly efficient medical service for patients in ethnic minority areas, and improves the service level of primary medical institutions and promotes the development of medical services in ethnic areas.
