摘要
公立口腔医院通过实施临床护理带教方法的改革,提高了带教教师的教学能力和学生的综合素质。总结出临床护理带教改革3个阶段的方法,带教前,带教教师竞聘上岗、统一培训、增配名额,与此同时,护生做好入科准备;带教中,安排带教教师小讲课,临床实习实行"一对一"教学指导;带教后,进行理论、操作考试和护士汇报小讲课,出科时师生互评。从而为师生搭建了一个展示自我、共创双赢的平台,提高了临床护理带教质量。
Through the implementation of clinical nursing teaching method reform, public stomatological hospital improves the teaching ability of teachers and students' comprehensive quality. This article summarizes the clinical nursing teaching reform in three stages. Before taking charge of teaching,teachers should compete for posts, conduct unified training and increase the number of places. Meanwhile, nursing students should be ready to enter the department. In the process of teaching, small lectures are arranged for teachers and "one-to-one" teaching guidance is implemented in clinical practice. After teaching, students will take theoretical and operational tests and give lectures to the nurses. Teachers and students will comment on each other when giving courses. The reform of clinical nursing teaching in our hospital has built a platform for teachers and students to show themselves and to create a win-win situation, thus improving the quality of clinical nursing teaching.
