负责任创新实现的概念前提、思想条件与现实基础——基于历史唯物主义视角

摘要
本文研究了负责任创新实现的现实性依据,结果发现,共担责任与合作责任等为负责任创新的实现提供了概念前提,历史合力论和关系理性等为其提供了思想条件,人类命运共同体的孕生及现代信息与交通技术的迅猛发展则为其提供了现实基础。
The essay explores the reality of the implementation of responsible innovation. The result indicates that shared responsibility and co-responsibility supply the conception prerequisite for the realization of responsible innovation,the theory of resultant forces of history and rationality of relationship supply the thought condition,and the community of shared future for mankind and the technology of information & modern transportation supply the practice basement.
The essay explores the reality of the implementation of responsible innovation.
