摘要
档案馆是收集、保管纸质档案材料的场所,火灾荷载大。档案馆火灾造成的社会影响和经济损失是无法估量的。为了评估档案馆火灾安全风险状况,预防档案馆火灾的发生,通过分析档案馆火灾安全风险因素,全面、系统地构建了由4个一级指标,27个二级指标构成的档案馆火灾安全风险评估指标体系,构建了基于多级可拓模型的档案馆火灾安全风险评估模型。应用该模型对西安某档案馆进行实证评价,得出该档案馆火灾安全风险等级为II级,评估结果与实际安全情况相符,表明该模型适用于档案馆的火灾安全风险评价。
        The given paper is aimed at presenting a model of factors affecting fire accidents in the archives based on the multilevel extension model of matter elements in hoping to prevent the fire accidents and reduce the loss to be caused by the accidents of archives. Through a comprehensive and considerate evaluation of such factors in the given paper,we have built up an evaluation index system of the fire safety risks likely to occur,which iscomposed of 4 first-level indexes and 27 second-class level indexes. The fire safety evaluation model of the archives consists of the AHP and the multi-level extension matter elements as well.The evaluation model of fire safety risk of archives has been founded to quantitatively determine the risk rating of the fire safety in the archives. When calculating the relevant secondary level indicators of the fire safety influential factors in the archives,it is first of all necessary to notice the weak links of the archive fire safety,and,then,to take effective prevention and control measures through an analysis of the weak links of such fire risks. To be accurate,in the paper,we have chosen an archive in a university of Xi'an as a case study sample,which is supposed to be taken as an evaluation model for rating the fire risk safety level,however,it has only been taken as one of level II,for it is in a link with the actual security situation,that is,the fire safety risk of the archive can be accepted,with the partial modification being demanded. The verification results show that the multi –level extension system of the matter elements model is reasonable and feasible,which can provide a strong practicability for preventing the risks in the fire of archives. The paper provides a set of scientific methods for fire safety risk assessment and safety management in archives.
