葛黄丸中葛根素的含量测定

摘要
目的 :建立葛黄丸中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为依利特Hypersil-ODS(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇:水(25:75)溶液;流速为1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长为250 nm;柱温为室温。结果 :葛根素的回归方程为Y=9266039X+364140(R2=0.9998),线性范围为0.0428～1.8839μg,精密度试验RSD为0.18%,24h内稳定性试验RSD为0.2%,加样回收率试验RSD为0.54%。结论 :本方法简便可行、稳定可靠、且重现性好,为葛黄丸的质量评价提供了依据。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of Puerarin in GeHuang pills. Methods HPLC,the conditions as follows: the column was Elite Hypersil-ODS(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water(75: 25); the flow rate was 1 mL/min; the detection wave length was at 250 nm; the column temperature was indoor temperature.Results The regression equation of Puerarin was Y=9266039 X+364140(R2=0.9998), the linear range was 0.0428μg～1.8839μg.The RSD of precision of the sample was 0.18%; the RSD of stability of the sample was 0.2% in 24 hours; the RSD of the average recovery was 0.54%. Conclusion This method is simple, feasible, stable, and is of good reproducibility, which offers a basis for quality evaluation of GeHuang pills.
