非手术根管再治疗与根尖手术联合治疗难治性根尖周炎临床疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨非手术根管再治疗与根尖手术联合治疗难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效及患者满意度。方法选取北部战区总医院口腔科自2016年8月至2017年8月收治的108例难治性根尖周炎患者为研究对象。根据治疗方法不同,将患者分为A、B两组,每组各54例。A组行常规治疗,B组行非手术根管再治疗与根尖手术。比较两组患者的临床疗效及患者满意度。结果术后1个月,B组患者的总有效率为90. 7%(49/54),高于A组的74. 1%(40/54),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。B组患者满意度为94. 4%(51/54),高于A组的81. 5%(44/54),两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论非手术根管再治疗与根尖手术联合治疗难治性根尖周炎疗效确切,患者满意度高,可作为难治性根尖周炎的临床治疗方案之一。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of non-surgical root canal retreatment combined with apical surgery in the treatment of refractory apical periodontitis and its effects on satisfaction and prognosis. Methods A retrospective study was performed on108 cases of patients with refractory apical periodontitis who were admitted from August 2016 to August 2017. According to different treatment methods,patients were divided into the Group A and Group B,with 54 cases in each group. Routine treatment was performed in Group A,and non-operative root canal retreatment and apical surgery were performed in Group B. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 month of surgery,the total rate of effective treatment in the Group B was90. 7%( 49/54),higher than that in the Group B,which was 74. 1%( P < 0. 05). The satisfaction of patients in Group B was 94. 4%( 51/54),higher than 81. 5%( 44/54) in Group A( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Non-operative root canal retreatment combined with apical surgery for the treatment of refractory periapical inflammation has definite efficacy and high patient satisfaction,which can be used as one of the clinical treatment schemes for refractory periapical inflammation.
