高铁滚子球基面加工误差分析与改进

摘要
传统滚子球基面多采用范成法磨削加工,滚子轴线与砂轮轴线不在同一平面内相交,砂轮尺寸误差,砂轮回转角调整均会影响球基面的加工质量。针对此问题提出了一种新的加工方法,即通过改进滚子球基面磨削定位方法,用上、下压轮及端面水平支承方法定位加工球基面。改进前、后滚子球基面相关检测数据表明,改进后的方法有效提高了球基面曲率加工稳定性,满足了产品要求。
        The spherical reference surface of rollers is mostly grinded and processed by traditional generating method,the axis of rollers and axis of grinding wheel is not intersected in same plane,the dimension error of grinding wheel and adjustment of rotating angle of grinding wheel affect processing quality of reference surface. A new processing method is proposed,the grinding and positioning methods are improved for spherical reference surface of rollers,the positioning processing of spherical reference surface is carried out by using upper and lower pressing rollers,end face and horizontal supporting methods. The correlation detection data of spherical reference surface of rollers before and after improvement show that the improved method effectively improves processing stability of curvature of spherical reference surface and meets requirements of products.
