摘要
基于QC方法,通过调查分析确定长距离输水工程水工专业设计效率无法满足生产要求问题的要因,主要是管线布置和附属建筑物设计耗时长。根据5W1H原则,针对要因制定对策表,采取建立技术经济数学模型和附属建筑物标准模板库的措施,经实施效果表明,有效减少了水工专业的设计工日,提高了长距离输水工程设计能力。
In the design of hydraulic structures in long distance water diversion project,the design efficiency is usually unable to meet the production requirement.Using the quality control(QC) method,major causes of this problem are analyzed.It is found that too much time is spent in the design of the pipeline arrangement and the ancillary structures.Based on the 5W1 H principle,countermeasures are proposed and implemented.Technical and economic mathematical models are developed,and a standard template library of the ancillary structures is built.Practice shows that the design work day for hydraulic structures are effectively reduced,and the design capacity of long distance water diversion project is improved.
