高精度燃油过滤材料的结构与性能分析

摘要
复合滤材过滤是从燃油中滤除杂质颗粒的有效方式之一,为此,测定并分析了6种燃油过滤材料的结构、物理性能及过滤性能,以探讨影响燃油滤材过滤性能的因素。结果表明,高精度燃油滤材多由聚酯非织造布与纸基复合而成;滤材的层级结构越复杂,厚度越大,孔径越小,则透气性越差,过滤效率越高;非织造布层的纤维越细,孔径越小,则滤材的透气性越差,过滤效率越高。6种滤材样品的过滤效率最高可达到99.8%。
        Filtration with composite filter materials is one of the most effective methods to remove particulates from fuel oil.The structures,physical properties and filtration properties of six kinds of fuel filter materials were measured and analyzed to explore the factors influencing the filtration performance of filter materials.The results showed that most of the high-precision fuel filter materials consist of PET nonwovens and paper base.As the structure of filter material became complex,the thickness increased,and the through-pore size of filter materials decreased,the air permeability decreased and the filtration efficiency improved.As the fibers in the nonwoven layer became thin and the through-pore size of filter materials decreased,the air permeability of the filter materials decreased and the filtration efficiency improved.The highest filtration efficiency of the six fuel filter materials could reach 99.8%.
