摘要
丹酚酸B是丹参的水溶性酚酸类成分,具有抗氧化和清除自由基的作用,可改善神经功能缺失症状,减少细胞凋亡,调节内源性物质的释放,影响相关基因表达和细胞信号转导,对脑缺血损伤有神经保护作用。本文对丹参酚酸B治疗缺血性脑中风机制及其临床研究进行综述
        Salvianolic acid B is one of the main water-soluble phenolic acid components of Salvia miltiorrhiza. It have been reported to have anti-oxidation and scavenging free radicals. It can improve the symptoms of neurological deficit,reduce apoptosis,regulate the release of endogenous substances,affect the expression of related genes,and signal transduction,and have neuroprotective effects on cerebral ischemic injury. This article will review the mechanism and clinical study of salvianolic acid B in the treatment of ischemic stroke.
