摘要

文章根据纺织染料生产工艺,结合绿色化学12条原则,从设计、原料和能源使用、工序优化、催化剂使用等方面提出改进方法,减少纺织染料在生产过程中产生的能耗和污染物。
        It combines with green chemistry 12 principles to put forward improvement methods from the aspects of design, material and energy use, process optimization, catalyst use etc according to production of textile dyes process. It reduces energy consumption and pollutant during textile dyes production process.
