摘要
目的采用星点设计-响应面法优化意大利牛舌草总皂苷提取工艺。方法采用单因素试验研究乙醇浓度、液料比、回流提取时间及回流提取次数对意大利牛舌草总皂苷提取效果的影响。在单因素试验结果基础上,采用星点设计-响应面法优选意大利牛舌草总皂苷提取工艺。结果优选出的意大利牛舌草总皂苷提取工艺为:提取溶剂为80%乙醇,液料比14∶1(mL∶g),回流提取1 h,提取2次,总皂苷含量为(203.04±1.36)mg/g (RSD=0.67%),与预测值之间的相对误差为1.04%。结论星点设计-响应面法优化意大利牛舌草总皂苷提取工艺方法简便,结果可靠,预测性良好。
        Objective To optimize the extraction process for total saponins from Anchusa italica Retz. by central composite design-response surface method. Methods Single factor test were conducted to evaluate the effects of ethanol concentration, liquid material ratio, reflux extraction time and reflux extraction times on the extraction of total saponins from Anchusa italica Retz. Based on the results of single factor test, the central composite design-response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of total saponin from Anchusa italica Retz. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 80% ethanol concentration was selected as extraction, solvent, liquid material ratio was 14∶1(mL∶g), reflux extraction 1 h and reflux extraction twice, the total saponin content is(203.04±1.36) mg/g(RSD=0.67%). Conclusion The central composite design-response surface method is simple, reliable and highly predictive for the optimization of extraction technology of saponins from Anchusa italica Retz.
