摘要
目的:基于LC-MS技术对沉香中2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分进行快速鉴别与分析。方法:通过LC-IT-TOF-MS~n对31个对照品进行多级质谱采集,确定2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分的裂解规律,利用其裂解规律对沉香中的色酮类成分进行分析。结果:在沉香药材中发现了4个三元氧环四氢色酮,18个四羟基四氢色酮,4个氯代四氢色酮和51个简单2-(2-苯乙基)色酮。结论:本研究采用的方法快速高效,可为沉香中2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分的分析和鉴定提供基础。
        Objective:To establish a rapid method for analysis of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones(PECs)in Chinese eaglewood by HPLC combined with hybrid ion trap/time-of-flight mass spectrometry.Methods:Thirty-one standards of PECs were used to summarize the mass fragmentation patterns and then Chinese eaglewood was analyzed by LC-IT-TOF-MS~n.Results:77 PECs,including 4 diepoxy tetrahydrochromones,18 tetrahydro-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones,4 chloro-substituted-tetrahydro-2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones,and 51 other 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones were identified preliminarily in Chinese eaglewood.Conclusion:The established method is rapid and effective.It will be helpful for analysis and quality control of 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromones in Chinese eaglewood.
