摘要

杨玉华老中医师从晚清御医韩一斋的弟子、北京市名老中医梁仪韵。韩、梁两位前辈临床喜用"理法"。"理法"基于脏象学说,顺五脏所喜,避其所恶;在治疗中,详察相关脏腑气血强弱,邪之盛衰,不拘于一法,因势利导,综合施治,求得气血阴阳的平衡。杨老运用"理法"治疗外感内伤诸病及妇科病收到很好的临床效果。本文介绍"理法"的渊源及运用"理法"治疗脾胃病、肺病、妇科病的经验。
        Yang Yuhua is a disciple of Liang Yiyun,a famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioner of Beijing. Liang had studied from Han Yizhai for years,who is a physician served for the emperor from the late Qing Dynasty. Han and Liang like to use the "recuperation method"in clinic. The "recuperation method"is based on the theory of visceral outward manifestation. It is pleasing to the five internal organs and avoids their dislikes. In the treatment,she carefully examines the strength and weakness of qi and blood,the ups and downs of the disease,and does not follow a single method to get the balance of the qi and blood,yin and yang. Sir Yang uses the"recuperation method"to treat exogenous and internal diseases and gynecological diseases and received good clinical results. This article introduces the origin of the"recuperation method"and the experiences of using"recuperation method"to treat stomach,lung,and gynecological diseases.
