摘要
在TMT公司提供的IBOX新型DIO-FDY多孔扁平DIO 55 dtex/96 f 32头涤纶FDY产品,选择长宽比为12∶1的"一"字形喷丝板,在291℃的箱体温度、60 mm无风区、15 Pa的冷却风压条件下形成初生纤维,经过五辊牵伸定形,采用牵伸比2.25倍、牵伸温度75~77℃、定形温度106℃、加工速度3900 m/min的工艺条件,生产状态稳定,纤维品质良好,织物产品风格达到要求。
On the new IBOX DIO-FDY device provided by TMT, a new type of IQC outer ring blowing cooling method was used to produce DIO 55 dtex/96 f 32 spindles polyester FDY products. Select a "—" shaped wire spinneret with an aspect ratio of 12∶1 to form primary fibers under the cooling air pressure conditions of 291 ℃, 60 mm windless zone, and 15 Pa. By five rolls pulling and stretching, under the process conditions of the draw ratio 2.25 times, draw temperature 75~77 ℃, set temperature 106 ℃, and processing speed 3 900 m/min, the production status is stable, the fiber quality is good, and the fabric style of the product meets the requirements.
