摘要
以某尾减速器输入油封渗漏为研究对象,通过对唇形油封工作状况的分析,提出提高唇口尺寸公差和材料耐介质性、以及增加轴向位置要求等3个方面的改进措施,并通过试验验证,对同类唇形油封的设计具有一定的理论指导和工程参考价值。
In this paper,the lip seal leakage of the tail gearbox is studied. By analyzing working conditions of the lip seal,the measures of increasing the lip tolerance,the material resistance and specifying axial position are proposed. Finally all these measures are proved effective by experimental verification,this research has some referenced value in theoretical guide and engineering for design of similar lip seal.
