摘要

从肇庆市近10年的集体林权制度改革工作情况出发,详细分析集体林权制度改革利弊和林权类不动产登记工作存在的问题,并针对改革瓶颈,提出一些对策建议。
        This paper analyzes the pros and cons of the reform of the collective forest right system and the problems related to the registration of forest right real estate, based on a case study of Zhaoqing city for recent 10 years. Moreover, some countermeasures and suggestions are provided for the bottleneck of the reform.
