摘要
介绍了国际标准IEC 60871—1第4版对第3版修订的主要内容,通过对比,说明和分析了两者的主要差异,以期有助于更好地理解、贯彻执行该标准;针对这一版标准中一些值得商榷的内容,提出了作者的见解及改正的建议,以供采用该标准、编制与此相关的国家或行业标准及日后修订IEC新标准时参考。
        The main changes of the edition 4.0 relative to the edition 3.0 of IEC 60871-1 are introduced.The main differences between them are explained and analyzed through comparison so as to understand and implement the standard well. As for some contents needing discussion in the edition 4.0,both the idea and improvement suggestion from the authors are proposed so as to provide references for adopting this standard,compiling national and industrial standard related to it as well as revising new IEC standard in the future.
