新型开水/温开水两用饮水机的研究与设计

摘要
这种节能、环保、健康、安全型开水/温开水两用饮水机,主要包括加热内胆、通过开水管道与该加热内胆连通的水龙头,以及主控制器、柔性热交换器。开水/温开水两用饮水机采用双层保温结构,有效解决了饮水机热能储存、回用、二次污染难题,使加热内胆中水的加热速度更快且保温效果更好,节能效果显著。与此同时,采用双重压力监控和三重加热保护能进一步提高饮水机运行时的安全、稳定性能,而开水锁则确保儿童取水时的安全,避免儿童被开水烫伤。
A dispenser with energy conservation,environmental protection,health,safe,and double usages available of boiled water/warm water,mainly includes a heating tank,a faucet through the boiled water pipe connects with the tank,and a main controller,a flexible heat exchanger.This product has a double layer heat preservation structure,which resolves the heat preservation,reuse and secondary pollution problems of the dispenser,it also speeds up the heating process and guarantees a remarkable heat preservation effect,that it has a significant effect in energy saving.For the further step,using the double pressure monitoring and the treble heating protection can enhance the security and stability when the dispenser is running.At the same time,the Boiled water lock can ensure the security of the children when they getting water,and prevent them of scalding on the boiled water.
