摘要

随着跨境电商行业的迅猛发展,对跨境电商的人才需求不断增加,而跨境电商人才培养与企业人才需求之间的差距也在不断加大。从现有的人才培养状况出发,为满足跨境电商对人才的实际需求,采取校企协合作模式是培养应用型电商人才的有效途径。
        With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry,the talent demand for cross-border e-commerce is constantly increasing.However,the gap between the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce businessmen and the talent demand of enterprises is also constantly growing.Based on the current situation of talent cultivation,in order to meet the actual needs of cross-border e-commerce for talents,the adoption of school-enterprise and association cooperation model is an effective way to cultivate applied e-commerce businessmen.
