手术室护士足部皮肤损伤影响因素及防护对策分析

摘要
目的研究影响手术室护士足部皮肤损伤的因素,用于制定相关的防护策略。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月期间该院58名手术室护士作为研究对象,根据有无防护管理措施将其分为管理组与普通组。管理组手术室护士工作中应用防护管理措施,普通组手术室护士工作中应用常规管理办法,对比两组护士防护管理效果。结果管理组护士的足部皮肤损伤情况明显优于普通组护士,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理组护士对于工作的满意评分显著高于普通组护士,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士日常工作中提前采取防护管理措施,可有效降低护士发生足部皮肤损伤的发生率,有利于护士全身心投入本职工作。
Objective To study the factors affecting the foot skin injury of operating room nurses, and to formulate relevant protective strategies. Methods 58 operating room nurses in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects, and divided into management group and general group according to whether there are protective management measures.Protective management measures were applied in the work of operating room nurses in the management group,and conventional management methods were applied in the work of operating room nurses in the general group. Results The foot skin injury of nurses in the management group was significantly better than that of nurses in the general group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of nurses in the management group was significantly higher than that of the general group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Taking protective management measures in advance in the daily work of operating room nurses can effectively reduce the occurrence rate of foot skin injury of nurses,which is conducive to the full devotion of nurses to their work.
