摘要
立德树人是当今高等教育尤其是教师教育的重大时代命题。实现"用最优秀的人培养更优秀的人",师范院校立德树人应着眼于"优秀中国公民"、"四有好老师"。"围绕一个核心、抓住二个基点、把握三个阵地、构筑四条路径"的课程改革,应紧扣新时代师范院校"立德树人"的根本任务,以教育教师认知为切入点、以改革课程考核评价为落脚点,以课堂教学为主渠道,实现"一、二、三"课堂有机融合,构建"理论引领、首课奠基、体验教育、校正内化"四位一体的师范院校"基础"课教学改革路径。
        Strengthening moral education is an important proposition of the times in higher education, especially in teacher education. In order to achieve the goal of "cultivating better people with the best people", teachers colleges and universities should focus on "excellent Chinese citizens" and "four good teachers". The curriculum reform of "centering on one core, grasping two basic points, grasping three positions and constructing four paths" should closely adhere to the fundamental task of "cultivating morality and cultivating people" in teachers' colleges in the new era, take education teachers' cognition as the breakthrough point, reform curriculum assessment as the foothold, take classroom teaching as the main channel, realize the organic integration of "one, two and three" classes, and construct "theoretical guidance" four-in-one teaching reform path of "basic" course in normal universities to lay a foundation for the first course, experience education and correction internalization.
