摘要
目的:探讨长期负性情绪积累肝气郁结与外周血单核细胞(PBMC)端粒酶活性的关系及在轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)形成过程中的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法筛选40~65岁肝气郁结型MCI患者,按照同性别、同年龄段、相同文化程度进行1∶1匹配;采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)等评估两组认知功能,采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)N维度量表评估两组被试情绪稳定性倾向,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组被试的PBMC端粒酶活性。结果:与正常组比较,MCI组MoCA量表总分及视空间与执行、注意、语言、抽象、延迟回忆得分均显著降低(P<0.05),EPQ量表N维度得分显著升高(P<0.05),PBMC端粒酶活性显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:长期负性情绪肝气郁结可造成人体端粒酶活性降低,这可能是引发患者认知功能下降的机制之一。
        Objective: To investigate the relationship between liver qi stagnation caused by long-term accumulation of negative emotion and telomerase activity in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC), and its effect on the formation of mild cognitive impairment(MCI). Methods: Questionnaire survey was used to screen 40 to 65-year-old MCI patients and normal people. The two groups were matched according to the same gender, the same age group and the same education level. The Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) scale was used to evaluate the cognitive function of the two groups while the N dimension of EPQ scale was used to evaluate the emotional stability tendency of the two groups. The telomerase activity of the PBMC of the two groups was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Compared with the normal group, the MCI group got lower scores on The total MoCA table and visual space and execution, attention, language, abstraction, delayed recall(P<0.05),got higher scores on N dimension of EPQ scale(P<0.05), and lower telomerase activity(P<0.01). Conclusion: Liver qi stagnation caused by long-term accumulation of negative emotions can bring down the activity of telomerase, which may be one of the mechanisms that cause the cognitive decline in MCI patients.
