老年男性与女性股骨粗隆间骨折患者骨组织无机元素相对含量的差异分析

摘要
目的研究男性和女性患者骨组织不同区域的骨组织无机元素相对含量的差异性。方法对2015年9月—2016年9月在复旦大学附属华东医院骨科接受手术治疗的62例股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者的骨组织进行取材,运用X线聚焦荧光能谱仪检测骨组织皮质骨区域、松质骨区域及交界区域的无机元素含量比重,并检测所有患者的血骨代谢指标及髋部骨密度值,比较男性与女性患者骨密度、骨代谢以及骨组织无机元素之间的差异性。结果同年龄段男性患者的大粗隆骨密度、粗隆间骨密度、全髋骨密度值均大于女性患者。在松质骨区域,男性患者的骨铁含量比重为(2.472±1.114)%,小于女性骨铁含量比重(3.254±1.444)%。结论同一年龄段老年女性患者的骨量低于老年男性患者,其骨组织骨铁元素含量却高于老年男性患者。
        Objective To investigate the difference of the relative contents of bone inorganic elements in different regions of the elderly males and females. Methods 62 elderly with intertrochanteric fractures undergoing surgery during the period from Sept., 2015 to Sept., 2016 were enrolled and the bone tissues were collected; the content of inorganic elements in cortical bone region, cancellous bone region and interfacing region between cortical bone and cancellous bone were detected with Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence and the bone metabolism markers and bone mineral density(BMD) were studied; the differences in bone metabolism markers, BMD and bone inorganic element contents between the males and the females were compared. Results The BMDs of trochanter, intertrochanter and total hip in males were higher than those in females of the same age; in cancellous bone region, the proportion of bone ironcontents in males was(2.472±1.114) %, smaller than that of females(3.254±1.444)%. Conclusions The bone volume of elderly females is smaller than that in elderly males of the same age while their bone iron contents are higher.
