摘要

目的:研究高血压心脏病行超声心动图联合外周血管超声的诊断价值。方法:数字随机法的方式抽取2017年11月—2018年11月期间我院收治的高血压心脏病患者,共79例,将其作为研究组;选择同期在我院行健康体检的健康者80例作为健康对照组,均给予两组研究对象超声心动图、外周血管超声诊断,对比两组各项诊断结果。结果:超声心动图联合外周血管超声诊断后左房增大、左室肥厚阳性检出率以及确诊率均明显高于单纯应用超声心动图诊断的检出率和确诊率(P <0.05);研究组患者LAD、LVEDV明显低于健康对照组(P <0.05),而EF、E/A明显高于健康对照组,有统计意义(P <0.05)。结论:高血压心脏病行超声心动图联合外周血管超声的诊断价值较高,可推广。
        Objective To study the diagnostic value of echocardiography combined with peripheral blood vessel ultrasound in hypertension heart disease.Methods A total of 79 patients with hypertension and heart disease admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected by digital random method as the research group.80 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.Echocardiography and peripheral blood vessel ultrasound diagnosis were given to the subjects in both groups,and the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results The positive detection rate and diagnosis rate of left atrial enlargement,left ventricular hypertrophy were significantly higher than those of echocardiography alone(P < 0.05).LAD and LVEDV in the study group were significantly lower than those in the healthy control group(P < 0.05),while EF and E/A were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Echocardiography combined with peripheral blood vessel ultrasonography is of high diagnostic value for hypertension heart disease and can be popularized.
