摘要
目的分析碳青霉烯类耐药的大肠埃希菌(E.Coli)耐药基因型与所含的毒力因子的关系。方法 PCR检测E.Coli毒力因子和耐药基因;采用Fisher确切概率法对耐药基因和毒力因子的关系进行分析。结果 95.7%(22/23)菌株超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)基因阳性,43.5%(10/23)菌株检出胞外黏多糖相关基因,87.0%(20/23)菌株检出P菌毛相关基因。耐药基因CTX-M-15型比CTX-M-55型菌株携带毒力因子papGⅡ的概率低(P=0.049)。耐药基因NDM-1阳性菌株比NDM-5阳性菌株中毒力因子papGⅢ携带率高(P=0.047)。结论 ESBL阳性菌株中不同CTX-M、NDM亚型与毒力因子papGⅡ、papGⅢ具有一定的相关性,毒力因子的携带情况与E.Coli耐药情况可能有关。
        Objective To investigate the correlation between the genotype of drug-resistant genes and the virulence factors in carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli(E.Coli) strains. Methods The virulence factors and drug-resistant genes were detected by PCR. The relationship between drug resistance genes and virulence strains were positive for extended spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBLs) gene, 43.5%(10/23) positive for the extracellular polysaccharide-related genes, and 87.0%(20/23) positive for the P ?mbriae-related genes. The positive rate of virulence factors papG Ⅱ in the CTX-M-15 strain was signi?cantly lower compared with that in the CTX-M-55 strain(P = 0.049). The positive rate of virulence factor papG Ⅲ in the NDM-5 positive strain was considerably higher than that in NDM-1 positive strains(P = 0.047). Conclusions The genotypes of CTX-M and NDM among ESBLs positive strains were asssociated with virulence factors papG virulence factors might be associated with the drug resistance genes in E.Coli.
