摘要
采用光学显微镜(OM)、拉伸性能测试、显微硬度测试等方法,研究了不同温度热处理工艺对冷轧态高强度低温钢20MnV显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:经700、750、800、860℃,保温60 min热处理的冷轧20MnV钢组织基体为铁素体,700℃热处理后试样中铁素体发生回复。随着温度的升高,试样再结晶过程逐步进行;正火温度达到860℃时,试样组织为等轴铁素体和珠光体,10%、20%变形量试样铁素体晶粒尺寸分别达到11.9、10.1μm。随着热处理温度的升高,冷轧20MnV钢试样硬度逐渐降低,在750~800℃温度范围时,试样硬度降幅最为显著。经700℃×60 min热处理,冷轧20MnV钢强度和硬度保持在较高水平。
The effects of different temperature heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled high strength low temperature steel 20 MnV were studied by means of optical microscope(OM), tensile test and microhardness test. The results show that, the matrix of cold-rolled 20 MnV steel after heat treatment at 700, 750, 800 and 860℃ for 60 min is ferrite. After heat treatment at 700 ℃, the ferrite recovers in the sample. With the increase of temperature, the recrystallization process of the sample is carried out step by step. When the normalizing temperature reaches 860 ℃, the microstructure of the sample is equiaxed ferrite and pearlite, and the ferrite grain size of 10% and 20% deformed samples reaches 11.9 μm and 10.1 μm, respectively. With the increase of heat treatment temperature, the hardness of cold rolled 20 MnV steel decreases gradually. When the temperature is 750-800 ℃, the decrease of hardness is the most obvious. The strength and hardness of cold rolled 20 MnV steel after 700 ℃×60 min heat treatment are kept at a high level.
