摘要
目的探讨压力固定技术(pressure immobilization technique,PIT)在毒蛇咬伤急救中的临床效果。方法 2018年1~11月我院急诊外科收治的的毒蛇咬伤患者94例,按照入院先后顺序分为试验组46例,对照组48例,比较两组患者使用PIT前后疼痛、肢体肿胀、心肌功能、凝血功能、肝肾功能、住院费用及住院天数。结果试验组患者心肌受损例数,入院第二天及出院时肿胀程度低于对照组;入院时疼痛评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组住院费用及住院天数比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 PIT能改善毒蛇咬伤患者的肢体肿胀程度及心肌受损程度。
        Objective To explore the clinical effects of pressure immobilization technique( PIT) as first aid for snake bite.Methods From January 2018 to November 2018,94 venomous snakebite patients in the emergency surgery ward of our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group( n = 46) and control group( n = 48) by the sequence of entering the hospital.The pain,limb swelling,myocardial function,coagulation function,liver and kidney function,hospital fees and hospitalization days were compared before and after PIT between the two groups.Results The incidence of myocardial damage and degree of limb swelling at the second day and the last day in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group.Pain score of entering the hospital in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05).The hospital fees and hospital days were not statistically different between the two groups( P < 0. 05).Conclusion PIT can alleviate the degree of limb swelling and myocardial damage.
