摘要
目的探讨血清学指标肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、透明质酸(HA)与膝骨关节炎(KOA)关节滑膜血流信号的相关性。方法将KOA患者根据高频能量多普勒超声下有无关节滑膜血流信号进行分组,采用ELISA试验进行检测KOA各组及健康人群对照组血清中血TNF-α、HA值。组间采用t检验或秩合检验,多组间比较采用单因素方差分析,两因素间相关性分析采用Spearman相关分析。结果①关节滑膜有血流信号组的年龄、WOMAC评分均高于关节滑膜无血流信号组,差异有统计学意义(F=0.082,1.862,均P<0.05),②在KOA关节滑膜血流信号组、KOA关节滑膜无血流信号组及正常对照组的之间,各组的血TNF-α、HA值不同,差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05,关节滑膜无血流信号组最高,正常对照组最低。结论血TNF-α、HA与关节滑膜血流信号相关,对膝骨关节炎滑膜炎的病情评估上有一定意义。
        Objective To evaluate the correlation of serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), hyaluronic acid(HA) with synovial blood signals of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods Patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups according to whether the synovial blood signal was checked by High-frequency energy Doppler ultrasound. The serum concentrations of TNF-αand HA were detected by ELISA kit. The t test or the rank test was used between the groups. One-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between groups. Spearman correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis between the two factors. Results ① The age and WOMAC scores were higher than those without the synovial blood signals. The difference was statistically significant(F=0.082,1.862, both P<0.05). ② The serum concentrations of TNF-α or HA were statistically significant among synovial blood signal group、without synovial blood signal group and normal group, all P<0.05, which without synovial blood signal group was the highest and the normal control group was the lowest. Conclusion Serums TNF-α and HA concentrations were related to synovial blood signals and have important value in the evaluation of knee osteoarthritis.
