摘要
目的:探讨Sandwich教学法在神经病学规范化医师培养中的应用效果及价值。方法:选取2016—2018年间在武汉市某医院神经内科规范化培训的医师50名。随机分为传统教学组(n=25)和Sandwich教学组(n=25),对其进行相同课程授课,课后以调查问卷和出科考试两种方式对教学效果进行评估。结果:Sandwich教学组学生对教学的满意度及出科综合考试成绩均显著高于传统教学组学生(P<0.05)。结论:Sandwich教学法可促进神经病学规范化培训医师的学习积极性、主动性及学习效率,有利于提高教学质量,值得在神经内科规范化培训医师教学工作中推广。
Objective:To explore the application effect and value of Sandwich teaching method in the training of standardized physicians in neurology.Method:A total of 50 physicians were trained in neurology in our hospital from 2016 to 2018.They were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(n=25)and the Sandwich teaching group(n=25),and they were taught in the same course.After the class,the teaching results were evaluated by questionnaires and examinations.Result:The satisfaction of teaching and the comprehensive examination scores of the students in the Sandwich teaching group were significantly higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sandwich teaching method can promote the enthusiasm,initiative and learning efficiency of neurology standardized training physicians,and is conducive to improving the quality of teaching.It is worthy of promotion in the teaching of neurology standardized training physicians.
