摘要

介绍李发枝教授运用川椒散治疗虚寒型过敏性鼻炎经验。认为其病机为脾肾阳虚、风寒袭肺,川椒散具有温补脾肾、散寒宣肺之效。并结合医案总结辨证要点及随症加减用药经验。
        This article introduces Professor Li Fazhi's experience in treating allergic rhinitis due to deficient cold with Chuanjiao Powder.It is considered that the pathogenesis of this disease is yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and wind-cold attacking lung.Chuanjiao Powder shows the effects of tonifying spleen and kidney and expelling cold and dispersing lung qi.Combined with medical cases,the key points of syndrome differentiation and medication experience according to symptoms are summarized.
