摘要
目的:观察应用微创技术拔除下颌死髓第一磨牙的临床效果。方法:收集需要拔除的下颌死髓第一磨牙380例,随机采用微创技术或锤挺法进行拔除,对手术时间及术中、术后并发症进行对比观察和统计分析。结果:与锤挺法相比,微创技术拔除下颌死髓第一磨牙的手术时间缩短(P<0.05),术中及术后并发症的发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论:微创技术的应用,使下颌死髓第一磨牙的拔除更加容易
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of extracting non-vital lower first molar with minimally invasive technique. Methods 380 non-vital lower first molars were extracted.190 teeth were extracted with minimally invasive technique while others with conventional way.The operation time, intra-operative and postoperative complications were recorded. Results Compared with the conventional way, extracting non-vital lower molar with minimally invasive technique cost less time and has lower intra-operative and postoperative complication incidence rate(P<0.05). Conclusion It is easier to extract non-vital lower first molars with the minimally invasive technique.
