摘要

笔者通过对省-市气象局网站构图、规划设计、制作、维护到数据更新上线的过程进行系统阐述,并就此过程中代码编写、栏目设置、图文属性、文本添加、访问量控制、安全监管、流程跟踪记录、数据备份等所遇到的问题及落地实施过程中出现的不同状况进行了剖析和论述,旨在为省市级网站的更新维护及安全监管积累经验、开阔思路和提供参考。
        The author through to the province-City Meteorological Bureau website composition, planning and design, production, maintenance and data updating on-line process systematically, different conditions, and write code to process the column setting, add text, graphic attributes, access control, safety supervision, process tracking records, data backup encountered the problem and the implementation process, analyzed and discussed, aimed at the provincial and municipal website updating and maintenance of safety supervision using experience, open ideas and provide reference.
