摘要
《药物合成实验》是药学本、专科的必修专业课程,在整个药学专业培养体系中具有极其重要的地位。在多年的教学实践中,我们发现课程在内容编排,教学方式选择与教材编写等诸多方面都存在着问题与不足。为此,我们结合了西部地区教学资源相对较少的实际情况,通过在教学过程中实施PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学方法,贯彻启发式教学的理念,对《药物合成实验》这门课程的教学方式进行了探索。为进一步提高教学质量提供意见和参考。
Medicinal synthesis practical course, which is a compulsory course for students who are major in pharmacy, plays significant role in the training of the students. However, recent years have revealed some issues during teaching the course including teaching mode choosing and teaching material writing. In the meanwhile, western provinces are usually suffered from lacking efficient teaching resource, which further impairs the teaching as well as learning efficiency. Based on the above facts, we probed into the reformations of the course and implied PBL(Problem-Based Learning) teaching methods combined with the concept of heuristic teaching. These research and finding could offer advices and reference for further improvement of Medicinal synthesis practical course in the future.
