摘要
[目的 ]筛选有效驱虫药物,做好林麝毛首线虫(鞭虫)病的防治。[方法 ]对四川省某林麝养殖场的12只感染毛首线虫的林麝,使用多拉菌素注射液(按0.3 mg/kg体重,肌肉注射1次)和芬苯咪唑粉剂(按10mg/kg体重,每天1次,连喂3天)进行驱虫试验。在投药前1天、投药后7天和14天分别采集其粪便进行鞭虫卵EPG计数,计算虫卵转阴率,评估药效。[结果 ]给药后7天、14天,多拉菌素组的平均虫卵转阴率分别是60.00%(3/5)、80.00%(4/5),芬苯咪唑组的平均虫卵转阴率分别是57.14%(4/7)、28.57%(2/7)。[结论 ]多拉菌素对林麝毛首线虫的驱虫效果较好。
        [Objective]In order to screen effective anthelmintic drugs,so as to do a good job in prevention and treatment of Trichuris sp.existing in the forest musk deer(Moschus berezovskiiis).[Methods]In a farm of Sichuan province,12 forest musk deer carrying Trichuris sp.were conducted antiscolic tests by using Doramectin and Fenbendazole.The usage of Doramectin injection was one intramuscular injection(0.3 mg/kg body-weight),and that of Fenbendazole powder was feeding operation(10 mg/kg,once a day,for 3 days).Fecal samples of the experimental deer were collected in the previous day before drug administration,and in the 7th and 14 th day after drug administration.Then the whipworm eggs per gram(EPG) and the negative conversion rate were calculated to evaluate the pesticide effect.[Results]In the 7th and 14 th day after drug administration,the average negative conversion rates of Doramectin treatment were 60.00%(3/5) and 80.00%(4/5),respectively.Compared with the Doramectin,the average negative conversion rates of Fenbendazole were 57.14%(4/7) and 28.57%(2/7),respectively.[Conclusion]The anthelmintic effect of Doramectin for Trichuris sp.in the forest musk deer was better.
