摘要
目的 :针对数字化X线摄影(digital radiography,DR)型平板探测器价格居高不下、大多数中小型医疗机构无力购置的现实情况,设计一种计算机X线摄影(computed radiography,CR)型平板探测器。方法:采用双面读出方式、二维扫描技术,从量子探测效率、平板集成结构、自动控制方法、较低制造成本4个方面进行研究开发。结果:该探测器量子效率高、检查速度快、便携性能好,可部分取代DR型平板探测器,可化解中小型医疗机构设备需求与购买能力不足的矛盾。结论:该探测器技术可行、成本较低,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective To design a CR-type flat panel detector to conquer the deficiency of DR detector in cost. Methods Two-side reading mode and 2D scanning technology were used to develop the detector, with the considerations on high quantum efficiency, panel-type integrated structure, fully automatic control and cost. Results The detector had high quantum efficiency, detection speed and portability, and could replace DR-type flat panel detector partly in small and medium-size medical institutions. Conclusion The detector has high technical feasibility while low cost, and thus is worthy popularizing practically.
