北京市西城区托幼机构保育员消毒隔离知识知晓情况及传染病防控水平

摘要
目的了解西城区托幼机构保育员对消毒隔离知识的掌握情况和传染病防控能力,探讨影响消毒知识和传染病防控水平的因素,为进一步加强西城区托幼机构保育员的消毒隔离工作和传染病防控队伍建设提供参考依据。方法 2017年2—7月,采用简单随机抽样方式从北京市西城区托幼机构抽取440名保育员进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果北京市西城区托幼机构保育员传染病基本知识及预防控制措施的总体知晓率为50.5%,传染病及应对、消毒隔离及相关操作的总体知晓率分别为53.1%、59.6%和38.8%。知识得分最低得分为4,最高得分为16,平均得分为9.97±2.58。单因素logistic回归分析显示,是否参与过消毒隔离培训是消毒知识得分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论北京市西城区托幼机构保育员消毒隔离相关知识知晓率亟待提高,卫生和教育行政部门应重视托幼机构保育员消毒隔离知识培训,从而提高传染病预防控制的能力。
[Objective]To understand the awareness of knowledge about disinfection and isolation and level of prevention and control of infectious diseases among childcare workers in kindergartens in Xicheng District, discuss the influencing factors, and provide a theoretical basis for further strengthening the construction and practice of disinfection and isolation, and infectious disease prevention and control teams of childcare workers in Xicheng District.[Methods]A simple random sampling method was used to select 440 childcare workers from the childcare institutions in Xicheng District of Beijing for investigation, and the data were analyzed.[Results]The overall awareness rate of basic knowledge and preventive and control measures of infectious diseases among childcare workers in Xicheng District of Beijing was 50.5%. The overall awareness rates of infectious diseases and their treatment,disinfection and isolation, and related operations were 53.1%, 59.6% and 38.8% respectively. The lowest and the highest score of knowledge was 4 points and 16 points, with an average score of 9.97 ±2.58.Single factor logistic regression analysis sowed that whether participated in training of disinfection and isolation affected the score of disinfection knowledge(P<0.05).[Conclusion] It is urgent to improve the awareness rate of knowledge about disinfection and isolation among childcare workers in kindergartens in Xicheng District. The administrative departments of health and education should pay attention to the training of knowledge of disinfection and isolation in kindergartens among childcare workers, so as to improve their ability to prevent and control infectious diseases.
