摘要
根据工件的位移传感数据确定工件形状并准确定位具有重要的理论和应用价值。本文针对齿轮齿条工件,建立了基于位移传感数据的边界定位算法——试探法。该算法能有效地识别工件的关键结点,仿真实验表明该算法具有可靠性。
To investigate the algorithms identifying and locating the boundary point of Gear-rack based on the observed displacement data has important value in theory and application. This paper presents an efficient and stable algorithm to identify the boundary point of Gear-rack. Experimental simulation illustrate the reliability of the algorithm proposed.
