格构式角钢构架在埃塞Holeta 500 kV变电站中的优化设计

摘要
对埃塞Holeta 500 kV变电站中500 kV架构进行整体分析计算,优化了格构式角钢构架杆系结构。通过对构架梁、柱不同连接方式中梁弦杆内力的对比,得出构架梁的4根弦杆与柱的连接方式不同,能降低梁弦杆轴力峰值,有效提高梁的材料利用率;通过对构架梁两种不同挂点位置时杆件内力的对比,得出挂点布置在竖腹杆跨中时梁具有更好的整体受力性能,可节省用钢量;通过对考虑温度工况前后构架杆件的内力对比,论证500 kV构架连续7跨不设温度伸缩缝的可行性。
        By analysis and calculation on 500 kV gantry in Ethiopia Holeta 500 kV Substation,the member structure of steel angle lattice gantry was optimized. Member internal force on different connection type between gantry column and beam was compared. The results showed that four chord member of beam connected with gantry column could reduce the axial force peak value of chord member,and improve the material utilization ratio of gantry beam effectively. Member internal forces on different positions of mount points were compared. It was found that the mount point at the middle of vertical member had better mechanical properties,and could save steel. By comparing the member internal forces considering temperature condition or not,the feasibility of seven-span continuous expansion of 500 kV structure without setting expansion joint for temperature was confirmed.
