基于全息台的虚拟机械装配VR内容制作研究

摘要
通过研究虚拟装配技术理论和分析高职院校传统机械产品装配实训教学的现状和存在的不足,基于中视典VR全息台的虚拟现实硬件设备,完成典型机械产品虚拟装配的VR内容制作.虚拟机械装配的VR内容制作过程包括:分析典型机械产品的装配图,用AutoCAD等计算机二维绘图软件拆画机械零件图,根据机械零件图在Solidworks等计算机三维软件中创建零件和装配体的三维模型,在3dsmax和中视典VRP Builder等软件中完成虚拟机械装配的后期VR内容制作.使用该方法,可根据不同的机械装配教学要求,在虚拟现实环境中完成典型机械装配体的拆装教学.VR内容制作需在中视典VR全息台的环境中运行,具有使用方便和人机交互性友好等应用特点.
        After studying the theory of virtual assembly technology and the present situation and shortcomings of traditional mechanical product assembly teaching in higher vocational colleges, the paper completed the research of the VR content of virtual assembly about typical mechanical products based on the virtual reality hardware device of the VR holographic platform. The VR content development of virtual machine assembly includes the analysis assembly drawing of typical mechanical products, the application of AutoCAD and other computer 2D drawing software to draw mechanical parts drawing, and the creation of 3D models of parts and assembly in Sol id works and other computer 3D software according to the mechanical parts drawing,and the research of virtual machine assembly in software such as 3 Dmax and VRP Builder. By doing so, the practical training of the typical mechanical assembly can be completed in the virtual reality environment according to the different teaching requirements of mechanical assembly. The VR research result has to be operated in the environment of the VR holographic platform, which has the advantages of convenient use and human-computer interaction.
